Step by Step Instructions
1. Open the Reports tab for your event 0:00
- In the event dashboard, navigate to Reports.

- The Reports area gives you a high-level view of how your event is performing.
2. Use the date filters to review trends over time 0:28
- At the top of the Reports tab, use the day/date filters to narrow the data.

3. Review the Sales Report 0:41
- The first report shows overall sales performance.
- Key metrics include:
- Gross sales
- Net revenue
- Fees
- Refunds
- If buyers were set to pay 100% of the fees, your fee amount will show as zero.
- If you chose to absorb some or all fees, those amounts will appear here.
- You can also export the report as a CSV.
4. Check sales by ticket type 1:27
- The second report breaks down sales by ticket type.
- It also includes add-ons.
- For each ticket type, you can see:
- Units sold
- Units refunded
- Related sales details
- Share of total revenue
- The last column shows how much each ticket type contributed to overall revenue.
- This view can also be exported.
5. Analyze sales by channel 2:16
- The third report shows channels, meaning how people found and purchased tickets for your event.
- Example channel types include:
- Campaigns
- Direct / unknown
- Campaign data can show how many units a specific campaign drove and what percentage of total sales it generated.
- Direct or unknown typically represents people who used the link you shared directly.
- In the example, most sales came from direct traffic, while a smaller portion came from a campaign.
6. Adjust filters to compare historical performance 3:04
- All report views can be updated using the date filters at the top.
- This lets you compare performance across different days or periods.
- Use this to spot historical trends in revenue, ticket type performance, and channel effectiveness.
