Yes, this page exists for exactly that. A guest checkout has no account to log into, so this email link is how you reach your tickets. If you were signed in when you bought, just log in and head to My Tickets instead.

No. Typing an email here never reveals anyone's tickets. We only email a secure, time-limited link to the address you enter, so your tickets stay private to your inbox.
Yes. Open your ticket from the secure link and choose Transfer. You add the new attendee's details, they receive a confirmation code, and once it's entered the ticket moves to them. It works for guest and logged-in bookings alike.
