Step by Step Instructions
1. Understand where sponsors appear on the event page 0:00
- Sponsors are added during event setup under Branding.
- Once added, sponsor logos/titles appear on the event page before the event title.
- Sponsors may display in a rolling marquee.
- Buyers can click a sponsor logo or title to open the sponsor’s page or link.
2. Use sponsor clicks as a reporting metric 1:02
- Every click on a sponsor link is tracked.
- This helps you show sponsors how much traffic they received from your event page.
- You can share this data as part of a sponsor report or post-event recap.
- It’s useful for proving sponsor visibility and engagement.
3. Check Sponsor Analytics in the Analytics section 1:36
- Go to Analytics from the sales/event dashboard.
- At the top, you’ll see Sponsor Analytics.
- This section shows:
- Total clicks
- Unique visitors
- Historical trends
- You can also see click counts broken down by sponsor name.
4. Review sponsor performance by sponsor name 1:48
- Sponsor Analytics can show how many clicks each sponsor received.
- Example shown in the video:
- One sponsor received 3 clicks
- Another sponsor received 1 click
- This makes it easy to compare sponsor engagement across different sponsors.
5. Create campaigns to track traffic from ads or external links 2:10
- Use Campaigns to create unique tracking links.
- Campaigns help you measure traffic from sources like:
- Google Ads
- Facebook Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Direct promotional links
- You can track:
- Visits
- Signups
- RSVPs
- Purchases
- Revenue generated
6. Generate a campaign tracking URL 3:12
- In Campaigns, click New Campaign.
- Choose whether the campaign is for:
- A specific event, or
- A storefront
- If you choose an event, select the upcoming event.
- Click Create Campaign.
- Copy the generated tracking URL and use it in your ad or promotional channel.
7. Review Campaign Analytics to measure results 3:31
- Return to Analytics.
- Below Sponsor Analytics, find Campaign Analytics.
- This section shows performance for each campaign.
- Example shown in the video:
- 1 visit
- 0 signups
- 0 RSVPs
- 0 purchases
- 0 revenue
- Use this to evaluate which campaigns are driving results.
