What is Ticketted?
Ticketted is an Australian event ticketing platform that makes it easy for organisers to sell tickets and for attendees to discover and book events, all with simple, transparent fees and no surprises.
How does Ticketted work?
Organisers create events, set ticket types and prices, and publish them on Ticketted. Attendees browse events, purchase tickets through our secure checkout, and receive their tickets instantly via email.
Who can use Ticketted?
Anyone organising events in Australia — businesses, non-profits, community groups, and individuals hosting concerts, workshops, festivals, markets, or any other events.
For Event Organisers
How do I create an event on Ticketted?
Sign up with your email or Google account, head to the Seller Dashboard, and follow the guided steps to create and publish your event. It takes just a few minutes.
What are your ticketing fees?
Our fees are simple and transparent: 3.95% + 95c per ticket for standard events, and 2.45% + 45c per ticket for registered charities and schools. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and free events are completely free to list.
Are free events really free?
Yes, 100%. If your event has no paid tickets, there are zero fees — no per-ticket charges, no platform fees, nothing. You get full access to all event management tools including QR check-in, attendee messaging, analytics, and e-ticket delivery at no cost.
How do your fees compare to other platforms?
Ticketted charges 3.95% + 95c per ticket (2.45% + 45c for charities and schools). Compare that to Eventbrite (6.6% + $1.79, made up of a 3.7% + $1.79 service fee and 2.9% payment processing) and Humanitix (4% + $0.99). You can see a full breakdown on our pricing page.
Can I customise my event page?
Yes. You can add a detailed description, upload images, set multiple ticket types with different prices, and create a branded event page with your own seller profile.
How do I track ticket sales?
Your Seller Dashboard gives you real-time data on ticket sales, revenue, and attendee details so you can monitor your event's performance at a glance.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect for fast, secure transfers directly to your bank account. There are no manual payout requests — funds are transferred automatically.
Can I offer multiple ticket types?
Yes. You can create as many ticket types as you need — general admission, VIP, early bird, group tickets, and more — each with its own price and quantity limit.
For Attendees
How do I purchase tickets?
Browse events on Ticketted, select the event you're interested in, choose your tickets, and complete your purchase through our secure Stripe-powered checkout.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refund policies are set by the event organiser. Check the event page for refund details, or contact the organiser directly through their seller profile.
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are delivered via email immediately after purchase. You can also view and access your tickets anytime from the My Tickets section in your account.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. Ticketted never stores your card details.
