Step by Step Instructions
1. Open the Sales Page from Upcoming Events 0:00
- Go to Upcoming Events.
- Find the event you want to review.
- Click the Sales button for that event.
- You’ll be taken to the event’s Sales Page.
2. Understand the Four Sales Page Tabs 0:23
- The Sales Page is organized into four tabs:
- Tickets
- Add-ons
- Bookings
- Analytics
- Each tab gives a different view of sales data for the event.
3. Review Ticket Sales in the Tickets Tab 0:34
- The Tickets tab shows ticket sales for the event.
- At the top, you’ll see high-level metrics such as:
- number of tickets sold
- revenue generated
- number refunded
- Below that is a detailed table with buyer information and purchase details.
4. Use Ticket Table Details, Statuses, and Filters 1:09
- The ticket table includes details such as:
- buyer name
- email address
- address
- ticket type
- amount paid
- purchase date
- status
- Ticket statuses include:
- Valid = purchased but not yet used
- Refunded = refunded by the seller
- Used = purchased and already checked in
- Use the status tabs to filter the table, such as:
- show only valid tickets
- show only refunded tickets
- show valid + refunded together
- You can also search by:
- email address
- name
- ticket ID
5. Export Ticket Data and Use Row Actions 2:39
- Click Export CSV to download the table data.
- This is useful if you want to import the data into third-party tools.
- Each row also has an Actions menu with options to:
- View ticket in a pop-up
- Mark as used manually
- Resend email to the buyer
- View additional details collected during checkout, such as phone number
- Refund the ticket
- Refund is a destructive action, so it requires confirmation and sends the buyer a refund email.
6. Manage Add-on Sales the Same Way 4:34
- The Add-ons tab works similarly to Tickets.
- It shows sales data for add-on purchases, such as:
- food purchases
- merged purchases
- The same kinds of metrics, statuses, table views, and actions apply here.
7. View Complete Purchase Groups in the Bookings Tab 4:59
- The Bookings tab gives a combined, holistic view of a full booking.
- This is useful when one buyer purchases:
- multiple tickets
- add-ons
- family/group bookings
- Example booking contents may include:
- adult ticket
- child ticket
- multiple add-ons
- Available actions include:
- export the booking
- mark all tickets in the booking as used
- resend confirmation
- refund everyone in the booking
8. Check Marketing Performance in the Analytics Tab 6:01
- The Analytics tab is for performance tracking.
- It can show things like:
- sponsor logo clicks
- which campaign drove conversions
- In this example, no analytics data is shown, but this tab is meant for campaign and sponsor insights.
