Fix Up, Look Sharp: Dizzee Rascal Opens His Tour in Perth

Dizzee Rascal is back in Australia, and for once the west coast does not have to wait for the east to have all the fun. The UK grime pioneer headlines Perth HPC on Thursday 26 November 2026 to open his national run, with Example, Arrdee and DJ Swaglord Savannah along for the ride. Tickets go on sale at 1pm local time on 9 July, so mark the calendar and clear the diary.

A properly stacked lineup

Dizzee is not travelling light. Joining him is Example, the crossover dance powerhouse with an arsenal of euphoric, hands-in-the-air anthems, billed here with a straight face as "unofficial Aussie". Arrdee, one of UK rap's most electric new voices, brings the hooks and the stage presence that have made him a chart and streaming force. Rounding it out is DJ Swaglord Savannah, known for high-octane sets across drum and bass, jungle, techno and bass music. It is a bill built to keep a room moving from doors to lights-up.

The resume speaks for itself

Dizzee was the youngest person ever to win the Mercury Prize, back in 2003, and in 2020 was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire for services to music. In between, he soundtracked a fair chunk of the 21st century dancefloor: 'Fix Up, Look Sharp', 'Jus' A Rascal', 'I Luv U', 'Bonkers', 'Dance Wiv Me' and 'Bassline Junkie', to start a list that does not really stop.

He is not just running the hits, either. New single 'All Night' previews a forthcoming album, 'We Want Bass', out 4 September (you can pre-order it here). His instructions on the single are refreshingly clear: "I need you to play this one full blast with the bass up." Perth HPC seems as good a place as any to oblige him.
