Connect Stripe for payouts

Ticketted uses Stripe Connect for payouts. Funds land in your bank account on Stripe's standard schedule, not in a Ticketted-held balance.

What you'll need

  • ABN or sole trader details
  • Australian bank account (BSB + account number)
  • Photo ID for the account owner

How to connect

  • Go to the seller dashboard.
  • Click Connect Stripe in the payouts section.
  • You'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow — it takes about 5 minutes.
  • Stripe verifies the account; you'll get an email when payouts are enabled.

Until Stripe verification completes, you can still publish events and sell tickets — the funds just sit in escrow until your account is verified.

Payout schedule

Stripe's default is a 7-day rolling delay for new Australian accounts. After ~2 weeks of clean transactions, the delay drops to 2 business days. You can see your upcoming payouts in the Stripe dashboard.
